Fool Set Me Up...

Mom & Dad just put in some new sod this morning and asked if I would water it a little later in the day. No problem. Of course I forgot about the beast in the backyard and her addiction to water. Aqua-dog attacked the hose and splattered me with mud for the next 15 minutes. She chased the hose all over the yard like the little crackhead she is. Now we both need a bath. Great.

1 Month

It's hard to believe it's been a month since I quit smoking. There are days now that it doesn't even cross my mind. Honestly, I didn't think I would get this far. Crazy.

Man, I tried so hard to get on here before midnight... though technically it's no longer Lia's birthday (the 12th... which she shares with the incredibly awesome Nick Hexum) I haven't gone to sleep yet so it still counts. Our first baby girl is now officially 4 years old. Since her birthday fell on Easter Sunday this year, they had her birthday on Saturday. She had a fun pizza party with a superstar pink sprinkle strawberry cake she helped make herself. She wore her pretty pink party dress, which she was oh so proud of and loved to twirl in. She got a host of Disney Princess dolls and a few Littlest Petshop toys too, not to mention her cool Tinkerbell laptop. Of course all the kids were so eager to 'help' her open the presents she barely had time to look at anything before it was snatched away with another package thrust at her. Anyway, hope you had a good birthday sweet princess.

Good Day...

I had a decent day at work today. Devil spawn kept his horns in and we had a good day. After work I headed over to Target to pick this up (and got the last one :) ) :

Then when I got home, this was there waiting for me (I got blue)...

I was torn, I couldn't decide which new toy to play with first. Its been awhile since I bought myself something fun so to have them both show up on the same day was a bit overwhelming :) Loving both new toys though. I took pictures of Aiden and Lia doing the wii fit and I'll try to post them soon. They were so funny. I'm off to find more ringers... the only bad part about getting a new phone... you have to replace everything!
